Day 1. After breakfast, your guides will collect you at 8.30am from your guesthouse and you will start your journey into the jungle of Gunung Leuser National Park to see wild orangutans. On your trek (6-7 hours), your guides will educate you on the local wildlife, flora and fauna you may encounter in Gunung Leuser. After lunch, you will continue your trek to see other wildlife (if you’re lucky you may see the Thomas’ leaf monkey, white-handed gibbon, black gibbon, long-tailed macaque, pig-tailed macaque, hornbills, peacocks and monitor lizards) and learn about the trees/plants which can be used in traditional medicine.
Late afternoon-your guides will select a suitable spot next to the river to set-up camp below Mount Jamur Batu or Batu Gajah on the banks of the Landak River, an area of outstanding natural beauty. You are then free to enjoy the river, help prepare dinner or even learn some jungle skills. Before settling down to sleep surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and river.
Day 2. Next morning, you wake up hearing the sounds of monkeys and birds, After breakfast, Follow the river deep into the forest, see wild animals drinking along the way, deep into the rainforest, your chances of encountering wild animals increase. Maybe you are lucky and get to see the monkey species that live in Gunung Leuser National Park: Sumatran Orangutan, Silver Leaf Monkey, Long-tailed Monkey, Thomas Leaf Monkey, Pig-tailed Monkey, but also the rarer ones. see Slow Loris, Siamang, and White-Handed Gibbon.
Day 3. After waking up in the forest, you will be inspired by the sounds of nature and the atmosphere of the forest, you will have breakfast together. this rich ecosystem.

Your group will camp near the Bekail river, near a waterfall (about 20 meters) where you will have time to swim, relax and enjoy the stunning views of the jungle around you.
Day 4. Next morning, you wake up to the melodious sounds of tropical jungle with animal sounds in the camp, feel like your true jungle adventurer in this rainforest. Enjoy homemade breakfast, lunch in the forest,
where you can rest and swim in the river.
Day 5. After breakfast, we can adjust our trek distance and time, as well as the activities we do, to suit your wishes.
Enjoy your last homemade breakfast at the campsite to be full of energy, After your last lunch in the forest, end your trip with an amazing and enjoyable experience.
You will return using traditional tubing down the Bahorok river, you will arrive back at the guesthouse.

You also need to bring at least one large (1.5l) bottle of water, for each person, this you can buy locally for around $0.50.

Day 5. Breakfast, lunch. Assemble the jungle inner tube with the rafting skipper, and your life jackets, plastic dry bag to keep your equipment dry.
